All the recipes are packed with flavour, from vegan breakfasts (try my vegan peanut butter granola) to vegetarian salads (how about kale quinoa salad or a delicious Lebanese-style bulgur wheat salad?). Or give homemade condiments a try – my favourites include rose harissa, preserved lemons and homemade tahini!
