In a small bowl, add: * Kewpie mayonnaise, * gochujang paste, * maple syrup, * toasted sesame oil and * rice vinegar.
Stir the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning of your gochujang mayo.
Serve the spicy gochujang mayo sauce straight away. Or transfer it to a clean airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
